Plastic surgery is kinda like getting a tattoo — once you go too far, it's hard to reverse the effects.

Recently, Chinese influencer Abby Han, 26, went on a live stream to share her regrets about undergoing excessive cosmetic procedure in her younger years.

Her biggest regret? Shrinking her nose too much.

In her pursuit of a sharper nose, Abby revealed that she had too much of her alae, the nasal 'wings' that help keep the nostrils open and provide structural support, removed.

This caused her nostrils to become extremely small. As a result, she struggles to breathe properly and has to manually stretch her nostrils open to take deep breaths.

Looking back, she admitted that the work done on her face appears unnatural, though it has improved somewhat over time.

"I think I've done plastic surgery almost as many times as Michael Jackson. If you expect it to look natural, honestly that's not realistic at all," she confessed.

Abby no longer wants to undergo plastic surgery and reflected on her past choices, admitting that her ignorance led to her face being "ruined".

"People have to pay the price for their mistakes. I think being able to restore my face to this extent -  I’m already very content," she concluded.

Sounds so tiring to have to open up your nose just to breathe
