Barbie Hsu spotted with baby bump after pregnancy announcement

After weeks of rumours, Barbie Hsu confirmed the news that she is pregnant with her third child earlier this month and was spotted for the first time in public after the good news was announced.

Fans were worried for the actress-host after her hospitalisation following an epileptic attack, but recent photos of her on a day out showed her looking healthy and in good spirits. They also spotted a slight baby bump on Barbie, who is believed to be eight weeks pregnant.

She visited a garden with her son and was accompanied by an entourage armed with recording equipment, causing some to speculate that she is filming a reality programme, and got her son to participate as well.

Apart from the slight baby bump that was visible from certain angles, Barbie appears to not have put on any weight, as she looks as svelte as ever.

Her husband, Wang Xiaofei, was spotted at the garden shortly after, and the three family members spent a short time at the garden before heading home.

When contacted to comment about the filming, Barbie explained, “I agreed to do this programme long ago. After I found out I was pregnant, I thought that participating in this show would also be a good memory for me. As for how the series will pan out, I can’t say for sure, and I’m looking forward to it as well.”
